Call us at 1-816-560-6059 to report a damaged package or missing parts and we will promptly send you replacement items or parts. When will my order be shipped? Most orders are shipped within two business days. How secure is my personal information when I checkout? This site is protected with a commercial grade security suite by Invisus. Your personal information is protected and kept confidential. We DO NOT share or sell customer information. How do I attach my copper dripper tube to the 1/4" tubing? The garden hose adapter in your dripper kit is used to connect the copper dripper tube and the tubing. By loosening the compression nut on the garden hose adapter, it is easier to slide the copper dripper tube into one end. You may need to take off the compression nut, slide the copper dripper tube in, and then screw the compression nut back into the garden hose adapter. How do I get my recirculating dripper running again after I clean it? Make sure the pump and the tubing connected to the pump are dry, free of water. If shaking the water out doesn't work, let the recirculating dripper sit for a day, shake again, and then plug it in. Can I hang my bluebird house? No. To attract Bluebirds, the house must be mounted. How do I mount my bluebird house? Your Bluebird house should be mounted 4 to 5 feet above the ground, in a grassy, open area. Check to see if your local hardware store carries 1" electrical conduit (metal pipe). You will need a 5 or 6 foot section of pipe and 1 or 2 conduit brackets with screws for securing the pipe to the back of your bluebird house. You will need to pre-drill holes in the bird house for the screws. Tighten screws in the brackets securely. Enjoy your backyard birds more and drive less. eBirdseed.com Your birds deserve the quality, you deserve the convenience. eBirdseed.com
