Most items will be shipped using UPS ground. The cost of shipping depends on the size and weight of the package and where it is being shipped. If the website (UPS) calculator overestimates the cost of an order, the customer will be charged the actual lower rate.  When possible, we will send smaller, light-weight items, like replacement parts, in the mail and customers will just be charged for the postage.
